How to leave a legacy to Temwa
If you would like to include Temwa in your Will we advise that you visit your solicitor. Below is suggested wording that your solicitor can use.
For a share of your estate: I give all/a share of (please state fraction/percentage) of the residue of my estate absolutely to Temwa of 18 Hamilton Road, Southville, Bristol, BS3 1PB, Registered Charity Number 1101090, to be applied by Temwa for its charitable purposes, and I further direct that the receipt of the Hon. Treasurer or any other proper officer of Temwa for the time being shall be sufficient discharge to my executors.
For a specific sum: I give to Temwa of 18 Hamilton Road, Southville, Bristol, BS3 1PB, Registered Charity Number 1101090, absolutely, the sum (amount in figures, amount in words) to be applied by Temwa for its charitable purposes, and I further direct that the receipt of the Hon. Treasurer or any other proper officer of Temwa for the time being shall be sufficient discharge to my executors.
For a specific item: I give to Temwa of 18 Hamilton Road, Southville, Bristol, BS3 1PB, Registered Charity Number 1101090, absolutely, (write in here whatever you wish to give) to be applied by Temwa for its charitable purposes, and I further direct that the receipt of the Hon. Treasurer or any other proper officer of Temwa for the time being shall be sufficient discharge to my executors.
